Adjusting Your Loft

  • Pillow loft can be adjusted by unzipping the core and adding or removing filling. 
  • Because filling can be messy, we recommend doing this over a kitchen sink (with the drain plugged) or outdoors.

To ensure your pillow stays fresh for years to come, avoid washing the latex core and keep it away from direct sunlight or heat. Air your Contour Pillow out seasonally in a shaded area. The removable pillow protector can be washed in cold water and hung to dry. Make sure the pillow protector is completely dry before placing it back on your pillow. Lastly, we recommend using a breathable pillowcase to help extend the like of your pillow and to keep it clean.
